Located just 25 miles outside of Fort Worth, 42 miles outside of Dallas is Lucky Spur Ranch Retreat, a venue hidden between the rolling hills and creeks of Justin, Texas. With 56 acres of lush landscape, Lucky Spur makes for the perfect private event location to mingle with co-workers and clients — without the long drive to the countryside.
With an on-site kitchen that allows for in-house catering, our menus are customized for each meeting and event. The Lucky Spur catering team carefully sources and preps each ingredient for a truly unique and convenient experience.
Accommodations include 11 rooms with 16 beds for overnight stay, a board room with full A/V equipment and seating for 20 with plenty of small group meeting spaces, a saloon, free wifi, indoor and outdoor team bonding activities & so much more – all near you in the DFW metroplex. Meeting Room Details
Bustin’ Loose Board Room
Named after our local Vistage Master Chair, Greg Bustin, this boardroom-style set-up features: Audio visual equipment with full A/V, adapters for your connection needs, free hi-speed internet, 120” Projection screen and comfortable chairs with seating for 20. Beverage and snack service included in room fee.
The Saloon
For a more relaxed meeting space with seating for up to 20 people, our old-fashioned saloon features a 12-foot full service bar with full AV capabilities perfect for cocktail hours and meet and greets.
Small Group Break Out Areas
Need to spread out? The Lucky Spur Ranch offers several individual patio spaces, including fire pits for those small camp fire conversations.
Outdoor Terrace
At the heart of the ranch, a spacious covered area off the board room, with plenty of shade provided by large pecan trees accommodates seating for 40 people and overlooks Mallard Lake.
Pavilion
One of our most popular locations at the Ranch is our 6,000 sq. ft pavilion that is open-air, covered and offers seating for up to 250 employees/guests.
Reception Hall
At 10,000 sq. ft, our reception hall is the ideal all-company event location and offers a climate controlled gathering space with banquet seating for up to 400 employees/guests.
Pricing & Details
Full-day meeting package: $1,500
Includes access to board room & saloon from Monday – Thursday. Catering discounts for large groups.
Food & Beverage fee of $100 per person includes:
- Breakfast service
- Lunch service
- All-day beverage service
- Morning & afternoon snacks
Overnight Meeting Package: $2,500
Includes full-day package from above plus overnight accommodations for 11 cabins & suites; up to 20 guests.
Food & Beverage fee of $200 per person, per day includes:
- Breakfast, lunch & dinner service
- All-day beverage service in the board room
- Morning & afternoon snacks in board room & saloon
- Beer & Wine service included with dinner

Entertainment & Team Building Activites
Allow us to customize a full day of team building activities and entertainment. The team building activities are designed around a group of individuals in an effort to strengthen their communications and provide group problem-solving opportunities which promote cooperation and can strengthen employee morale.
Team building activities are not included in the cost of meeting packages, additional charges will apply.

Deposit is required to hold a date. Because all of our packages are custom based on your party and preferences, please call for pricing. Taxes, food gratuities included in price. No hidden fees.

Catering is provided on-site by Lucky Spur Ranch and includes a wide variety of cuisine options including the traditional Thanksgiving and Christmas feasts. Customize your menu and choose features like meat carving stations, fish fry, Texas sized barbeque, pig roasts and more!
